One Jump Ahead

Our OJA athletes were on the local news in Des Moines!

Competitive jump rope is serious business at AAU Junior Olympic Games One athlete says the sport 'needs to be in the olympics' as 60 competitors battled it out for jump rope supremacy in West Des Moines.

1st day of competition was a success! Congratulations to all OJA athletes for a job well done!

Day and time: Most Tuesdays from 4-5pm
Ages: 7 and older. Adults are welcome too!
No experience needed
Club cost: $120 (includes a rope for new members and a t-shirt)
