Combat & Cabaret 8 : Freakshow was a huge success. This was by far the biggest show we have ever done!

The idea of fusing Independent Pro-Wrestling with the art of Burlesque was something that Randy Chacon and I came up with one night while hanging out in his arcade. We had no idea then how unique and popular this idea would be. We have both put considerable time, money, and effort into formatting and producing these shows. We are going on 4 years and now 8 productions under our "championship" belts.

Through these times we've seen some attempts from copycat productions to duplicate what we do. I have definitely been vocal about maintaining the creativity of our original idea. Some in the industry don't like that I have said what I said. I do not care. I have put way too much of myself into these shows to not speak up when I feel it is necessary. The truth is, we do not hold a trademark on this idea. So copy away. I'll still say that it irritates me though as is my right.

In the meantime, we are looking forward to Combat & Cabaret 9 coming soon.
