‼Junior Advanced Training is this week Friday, 7/10 ‼ Jr Green Belts and above we'll see you at 6:15pm for class. Remember full uniforms even though it's T-shirt Summer! Red T-shirts under your gi-top, and your correct rank patches. 👊🥋

East Central Branch schedule is changing starting next week!!
Monday through Thursday there will be two classes, at 5:00p-6:00pm and 6:15pm-7:30pm.
Fridays and Saturdays will remain the same.
Please arrive before your class starts so you can put your belt on, grab your attendance cards, and be ready to line up on time.
Remember if you're late, put your belt on and get on the mat. You can grab your attendance card at a water break or after class.

‼️Modified Schedule for East Central Branch this week‼️There will be no regular classes on Friday, 6/12, only Adult Advanced Training 6pm-8pm. And no classes Saturday, 6/7! Black Belt Examinations will be held on Saturday. And there is a Colorado Karate Association Tournament in Windsor, CO.
Regular classes will resume on Monday, 6/15.
We'll be welcoming students from the other branches under Professor Manegdeg this week in anticipation of Black Belt Examinations. Come get some training in with our Kempo Ohana. And wish our black belt testers luck this week!! 🥋🌺🥋👊❤️🖤
