I have been doing kickboxing at Fit Defense Collierville since December of 2024. In that year and a half i have lost 25 lbs and been able to get off of two medications. For me cosistency is key. The 30 min workout is perfect. I go to the 4:30 pm class and am done with my workout and workday at 5pm. You can't beat it! My husband and son now both come with me. We all thoroughly enjoy seeing Bob and the other instructors each day! - Tracy
