These two women are truly forces to be reckoned with. 💜
Emilee is a full-time mom, wife, and apart of the GCS Moms Group, constantly pouring into her family and community. Nicole works full-time career baddie and is into her health & wellness, is a loving wife, and is one of those incredibly supportive people who inspires everyone around her.
Their schedules are FULL, but they both understand the importance of making their health and themselves a priority. Bungee is one of the ways they give back to themselves, and 50 classes later, that commitment speaks for itself.
And when these two are in class, you can count on plenty of laughs right alongside the hard work. 😂 They bring the energy and make class better just by being there.

The bungee burpee is a full-body exercise and the real challenge is controlling every transition. The quads, glutes and hamstrings power the lower body, while the shoulders, chest and triceps support the plank. Your core connects it all, keeping the hips and spine stable as the bungee adds continuous tension and rebound. Less impact doesn’t mean less work it means more control, coordination and intentional movement. 🔥

Intro to Bungee is now offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:30 PM in Colleyville! Intro is your starting point to learn the basics, get comfortable in the harness, and get ready for regular Bungee classes.
