** Updated to add Maston's 50 free team record.
That's a wrap for us at the Texas State Championships 2026. This young team is getting better and better. Our first year, we qualified 3 swimmers for State. In year 2 we sent 7 swimmers, and in year 3, we sent 11 Shiner Stingrays!
Congratulations to Charlie Park, 1st place 8U 25 Fly and Maston Davis, 8th place 8U 50 free.
There were several new Stingray swim records broken:

** Pierce Wallace, Boys 13-14 50 fly. 32.93

Charlie Park qualified for Nationals in July 2027 in Colorado Springs!
Jake Good, Joey Condel, Ryker Thomas, Jack Park, and Teagan Wagner all did their best. There were many new PRs, but unfortunately just out of the medals/ribbons. We are doing something right in Shiner. We will be ready for next year!
