☆☆REMINDER☆☆ The gym will be closing tomorrow at noon to prep for the powerlifting meet. We will reopen Sunday around noon. If you are at the gym tomorrow at noon- know this- we will make you help us move equipment🤣

2nd United States Powerlifting Association (USPA) in WI is only 45 days away. Spots are still open for our first meet at the Grind in Coleman, WI for Tested and Open The Grind Battle. Are you in for the battle and ready to grind out that PR? See you on June 13, 2026. Registration is open for another 3.5 weeks. Get those registrations in if this is the meet you are training for.
