What a fun event!

The Friends of Lake Pocotopaug hosted a fabulous fundraiser on Laurel Island in East Hampton! W**e, spirits, b**r tastings and raffles for local business wares were the main draw to benefit the FOLP. So many adventurous souls took a boat shuttle to the island to participate in the stormy weather...and it was so worth it!

Twisted Dog was representing! Congratulations to Lisa, who won the TDY basket. We can't wait to see you at the studio!

Our Kids Yoga + Mindfulness Fall program begins today! You can sign up for the monthly series or simply drop-in to a few classes here and there.

Anne is a retired Kindergarten teacher and is a delight to all the children that participate. She creates a warm, welcoming experience for every child!

If you're looking for activities for your little ones, we have openings in our kids classes, with our first session starting on September 14th.

🧘‍♀️Yoga and mindfulness provides the tools to help your youngsters manage their big emotions, build focus, and grow confidence - skills that support them both in and out of the classroom.

AND these sessions are FUN. They are led by Anne Lemke, a retired Colchester Kindergarten teacher...and she is loved by all!
