A new logo for a new era 🫶

I’ve realized that “Le Coeur de Vie” can be a bit of a tongue twister. While the mantra perfectly captures the optimism I live by, it doesn’t quite convey the breadth of what I offer as a coach.

That’s why I’m rebranding and going all in on myself. After all, when you hire me, you get *me* – my experience, my energy, my unique approach.

This rebrand is all about leaning into authenticity and crafting a message that truly resonates with the incredibly powerful women I work with – women who are ready to unlock their full potential and shine brighter ✨

Get ready for a week packed with updates! I’m rolling out new coaching packages designed to meet you where you are and take you where you want to go. Plus, a fresh website that reflects this new chapter and so much more.

A wonderful reminder from scribbled on the back of an envelope left in the stack of mail for my future self to find on a day like today when I needed to remember that I am already abundant.

I often jot down quotes like this on whatever scrap of paper I have within reach at the time - sometimes it’s my journal, but more often than not it’s a receipt or envelope like this.

✨ Working toward a career will make you a living, working toward yourself will make you a fortune. ✨

This wisdom popped up in my feed early this morning & I wish I had saved the reel so I could share it & give credit.

But this sentence reminded me of an analogy I heard earlier this week. It said that money is like rain in a garden. If the rain falls on weeds, the weeds grow. If the rain falls on roses, the roses grow. If money comes and I don’t have my values - the things I want to grow, the roses in my life planted & cared for - if instead my garden is full of weeds - those bad habits and behaviors that hold me back - that’s what will grow.

So I’m taking a slower approach to a new year, new goals, so I ensure that I am moving in alignment with those values, the roses 🌹, and acting with intention. I’ve been asking myself as I develop my plans and goals for 2024 - for myself, my family, my coaching practice - what values am I aligning to? Because the fortune I’m searching for is so much more than the monetary gain or potential for it.

“The magic you’re looking for is in the work you are avoiding.” - Chris Williamson

I heard this a few weeks ago - on a reel while scrolling social media to avoid the running list of things I should’ve been doing - and it inspired me to put my phone down and get to work.

I clarified my goals & focus for the remainder of 2023 & found new inspiration for 2024 🪄
