Interested in having a table at East Fallowfield Township’s Flea and Find Market?

We are now accepting applications for spots at our annual flea market/vendor sale on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 8 AM – 1 PM. We will be accepting applications until October 1 at 11:59 PM. Business vendors will be asked to fill out a vendor application, which will be sent to you.

THERE IS NO FEE TO SET UP A TABLE. INSTEAD OF A FEE WE ARE ASKING FOR NON-PERISHABLE FOOD DONATIONS FOR THE OCTORARA AREA FOOD CUPBOARD.

Note: Standard spaces are 10' x 10'. You must provide your own tent. We cannot guarantee side-by-side spacing for related parties unless you arrive together the day of the event. No spaces in the park may be reserved (Limited spaces available for handicap accessibility). We will direct you where to park when you arrive on October 3. Setup will begin at 7 AM. Sale starts at 8 AM and will end promptly at 1 PM. Please save a copy for your records. There is NO RAIN DATE scheduled. Please refer to the township website or to the Parks and Recreation website for weather-related updates!

Feathered Friends Fall Build

Get your hammers and paintbrushes ready—the Feathered Friends Fall Build Contest is officially on! Whether you are a master woodworker or a backyard crafter, old or young, we want to see your most creative, beautiful, or quirky bird housing designs!

Any materials are a go- gourds, wood, recycled items.

Safety first: Ensure there are no sharp edges or toxic paints if you plan to donate your birdhouse or use it at your home, so our feathered friends stay safe.

The Details:

-There will be two age categories: Youth (< 18) and Adult (> 18).

-Prizes: Two $50 and two $25 gift cards per age category

-Entries may be dropped off at the Township Building before September 29th or brought to our Flea Market and Vendor event in the Park on Saturday, October 3 by 9 AM. Entries should include the builder’s name, phone number, email address, age category, and whether you wish to donate your entry to the Park. You will be assigned an entry number for blind judging.

-Entries will be on display for public judging at the Flea Market and Vendor Event.

CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER RELATED CONDITIONS.

The Soul Patch Philly concert will be held at East Fallowfield Township Park (900 Buck Run Road, East Fallowfield) on Thursday, September 3.

Food is available from 5:30 on, and the band goes on stage at 6:30 PM! This is the final concert of the Summer Concert Series! Hope to see you all there! Free Face Painting for the kids!
