We offer 24/7 access to the gym via a key fob system, as well as staffed hours for those who choose not to take advantage of our fob system. We offer free daycare for members, personal training and classes in our expanded facility in addition to our extensive cardio equipment, auxiliary equipment, circuit equipment and free weights. STAFFED HOURS:
Monday-Thursday 7:00am-8:00pm
Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Saturday 8:00am-noon
Sunday - 8am-noon

There will be no staffing or classes on Monday September 7 in honor of Labor Day. Key fob users will have 24/7 access as always. If you do not have a key fob, you can purchase one at the front desk anytime during staffed hours for $10. Every member entering needs to have & scan their own key fob for entry. Your key fob grants you 24/7 access as long as your membership is active for no reoccurring monthly fee. Have a great weekend everyone! 💪🏻

Join us as we partner with Cal's Angels for the 2nd year to bring awareness to Pediatric Cancer by going gold in September 💛🎗️

Cal’s Angels is a 501(c)(3) pediatric cancer foundation with a mission of granting wishes, raising pediatric cancer awareness, and funding research to help kids fighting cancer. The help provided for families through their programs is a great resource when they need it the most.

By educating the public about the realities of pediatric cancer, they aim to foster greater understanding and support for affected children and their families. Join us in spreading the word and making a difference in the fight against pediatric cancer!
