We are beyond proud to celebrate our incredible Eileen on reaching this extraordinary milestone! As one of our original Founding Members, Eileen has been with us since the very beginning — showing up 3 to 5 times a week, week after week, with the kind of dedication and heart that truly inspires everyone around her.

500 classes is not just a number. It is hundreds of early mornings, intentional hours on the mat, and an unwavering commitment to showing up for herself — and in doing so, lifting this entire community along the way.

Today’s leg day did NOT play around.
We loaded up the heavy weights — squats, lunges, deadlifts, all of it — and let’s just say a lot of you are going to be feeling this one tomorrow (you’re welcome).
And then came the wall sits... with story time. 😅 Watching everyone’s legs start shaking harder the longer Irene’s stories went on was easily the highlight of the class 😂
Huge thank you to everyone who showed up and pushed through — you crushed it today. Rest up, those legs earned it. 💪
