For various reasons I am really buried in work. The farthest I’ve been behind in 15+ years. Some reasons are of my own doing, some are not. I’ve literally been working 14-16 hour days 6-7 days a week in a futile attempt to “catch up” or just trying to stay above water. But to no avail. I’ve taken a few days off here and there to address other issues but I just ask for patience. I don’t have a cushy air conditioned shop and a 9-5 schedule. My shop is too big to effectively cool it in this extreme heat. The pace, pressure and HEAT has taken its toll. I’m just one man. One man. If that’s not suffice, come and get it. I’m doing the best I can. Thanks everyone!

Great to see Bill Somplatzski from Pennsylvania here in the shop two weeks ago. He came down to snag some bingos I had he wanted plus some NOS parts for some other stuff he’s working on. I made him a great deal on a Can Can PLUS an NOS backglass plus other goodies. In return I come home last weekend to a massive package crammed in my mailbox. He sent me this awesome trove of HARD TO FIND original GamePlan coils. 37 coils total. THIS is what friendship and doing people right on the financial side gets you in life. Thanks Bill, these will come in most handy as I’ve actually got a few GamePlans in the que awaiting work. (Just hope I can get to them before I die of old age.)

Humanity lost a great one today. What a lady she was! The upcoming Dolly Parton project just got even more significant. Rest well Queen Of Appalachia! 😥💔

When I can’t sleep and my burdens are too heavy, I come to the shop. It’s all I have a lot of times to keep me “in the game”. Rebuilding more power supplies and this AS-2518-32 sound board from a Bally Supersonic. It’s gonna be an all-nighter. It’s what I do.

Close ups of the 1986 Bally Special Force. What a tough one this was. Took a huge lightning strike years ago and several techs tried to fix it. Thank you Eugene Marsh and Eldorado Games for getting these boards up and going.
