40th Timothy Murphy 10K - Oct 10th! -

The Timothy Murphy 10K is one of the older 10K’s in the capital region and when a race has been around this long you know its special. Starting at the Max V Shaul State Park in Fultonham NY, it runs north on Route 30 through the scenic Schoharie Valley finishing in the Village of Middleburgh.

USATF Adirondack and USATF Niagara are partnering to offer an open/masters Indoor Track and Field championship with youth events available on January 18th at Ba we ton Hall! Come get some laps, leaps and launches in to break up the winter months!

Thacher Park Trail Running Festival is this Sunday 8/24 !
The 10K distance is race 4 in the USATF Trail Series. Anyone entered in the 10K automatically gets entered in the USATF raffle (even if you aren't a member!) Check the poster board at the USAFT sign after the race to see if you won!

Last week at Tawasentha 5K, Saucony Peregrine Trail shoes, socks and water bottles were given away!
