This week in Akron, OH, the Northeast Regional FireFighter Classic Competition is being held.

The event is a series of timed physical challenges that range anywhere from obstacle courses to speedy ladder mounting, all of which are designed to test the skills first responders will use in a fire emergency.

PSS is attending to show our support of those first responders who put their lives at risk everyday.

Gevin McDaniel will be giving a presentation discussing the changes and content of the latest edition of the MUTCD at the International Municipal Signal Association (IMSA) Expo next Tuesday, July 14th at 8:00 AM.

The talk will specifically cover how ADA regulations have been changed and implemented in this latest edition, which went into effect back in January of this year.

The intersection between work zones and advanced communication technology is a frontier we are excited to explore, and we thank everyone who took the time to see our demonstration to share in that excitement.

PSS, alongside TRC and MobiQon will be demonstrating our work zone ConnectedTechnology at ITSA 2026!

ConnectedTechnology is a project we have been developing for some time, designed to integrate tech and work zone deployment to give real time, accurate information to those operating both within and outside of work zones.
