Emily Ambrose comin’ in hot with a WIN 🥇at the Rock Hall Half Marathon today with a time of 1:23:15! It was a pleasantly cool and windy morning for a summer race ☀️

Next up…… donuts.

Emily Ambrose is a MILER in addition to being a seasoned marathoner!! At the Guardian Mile, she ran a 5:05 mile, placing her 4th female in the open division of this very competitive race! This was more than a 20 second PR from when she ran the mile in high school. She continues to prove that it’s possible to become faster as a parent with a full-time job!

Newest CLE Racer Katie Humphries won the Hofbrauhaus 10K in 38:37! She was the first place 🥇 female and third place 🥉 overall! She was going so fast the race photographer barely got a photo of her in frame! 😂

Come join us the morning after The Guardian Mile for Run with the Pros presented by Skechers!! This community event starts at 9 am on Sunday August 9th @ Merwin’s Wharf. We will run to Edgewater and back, but it is easy to add or reduce the distance to get your desired distance for the morning. All abilities are welcome! A light breakfast is provided afterwards. We would love to meet you, as well as spend time with some of the best runners in the country!

CLE Racing had a day at the Women’s 6k Festival with 4 women placing in the top 8!

6th Emily Ambrose 21:44 (5:50 pace)
1st place masters Jen Simmerman 21:59 (5:52 pace)

Ashton Swinford ran the Toledo River Run 4 Mile (formerly a 10K), and finally made the podium on her fifth try! She placed 2nd in 22:49!
