Use it to cool off when things get sweaty, or place it over your eyes during savasana and let the scent of lavender invite you a little deeper into rest.

We are beyond excited to welcome Dionne to the Soul teaching team!
Her classes are rooted, thoughtful, and deeply inclusive. With creative sequencing and an emphasis on feeling over form, Dionne invites you to listen inward, trust your own wisdom, and move in a way that feels true to you.
You’ll catch her popping up as a sub for now but not for long! Dionne will be joining our weekly schedule very soon, and we cannot wait for you to experience her energy.
Cleveland yogis may already know and love her. Now it’s Soul’s turn! Help us give Dionne the biggest, warmest welcome.

Join Soul Teacher Sarah for our one and only class of the day! An intentional practice honoring the energy, heart, and effort we bring into the world every day.
Through movement and breath, we’ll make space to reflect on resilience, presence, gratitude, and all that we carry and create.
And because this Labor of Love is about more than the practice on your mat, we’re bringing together a few people we love in our community:
☕ Eva, owner of Arcadia Espresso, will be sharing cascara — a beautiful tea made from the dried husk of the coffee cherry.
🏺 Local artist Billy Ritter will be joining us with a collection of his handmade pottery available for purchase.
