No Shade, but A lot of young athletes have been taught bad habits when it comes to proper stretching, good form/ mechanic etc…and there is such a big change that is on the rise with a lot of former athletes coming back to coach and not only show, but also teach the importance of the details to be good, but also have longevity in sport on the body doing things correctly.
