Good morning and happy hump day SP fans!! These are 3 of my beginner Pickleball students. Say hello to Lori, Amy and Bonnie. They each started taking classes from me separately in the beginning and had never met. As I was teaching each of them individually I thought to myself they would be a great trio learning together. I asked each of them if they would be ok taking lessons with other ladies and they all said yes. They immediately clicked and now are planning their lessons together. This photo is their second time working together and they scheduled their next session together. This is one of the reasons I love this sport. These ladies are doing an amazing job and they compliment each other very well. I want to thank Sprette Pickleball paddles for helping my student Amy find the paddle for her. She needed a new paddle. A few weeks ago I showed her a few options and let her play with a few. I gave her my honest thoughts about each paddles performance and most of all price. She chose the Sprette which is a really good paddle for beginners and the price is very affordable. She came in yesterday and said “Look what I got from Amazon.” It felt good setting up an upcoming Pickleball champion with her first good paddle😁 You can see more about Sprette Pickleball paddles on instagram. Good morning and happy Sunday SP fans!! I hope everyone had a great 4th of July. Im going to start your day off with a . Funny story about this photo. As I was heading home from work the other day I saw a little girl with a lemonade stand in her yard so I stopped to support. I asked her how much and she said $2.00. I was like $2.00?! Whenever happened to 50cents?! Lol!! We all started laughing. I only had a $20.00 dollar bill and her or her mom didn’t have Cash App Venmo or Apple Pay. Her mom told her to just give me a cup for free. I didn’t accept it because my whole reason for stopping was to help her. All of a sudden one of my pickleball students Karen Dular stopped to get a cup herself and also paid for mine. Everything worked out. Note to self: keep some one dollar bills in the car at all times😂 I hope everyone has a great day. I’ll see you on the courts.

Good morning and happy Thursday SP fans!! I hope everyone is having a very productive week so far. Ever since I made the post a few days ago asking everyone to engage with my fan page it’s been blowing up. Thank you very much. Yesterday after a fun long day of pickleball working at the North Royalton YMCA Pickleball center, me and my friend Shirley had dinner at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Strongsville Ohio. It was our waitresses first time working alone and she did an amazing job. She was very friendly and attentive. If you ever go there to eat ask for Dany and tell her Shawn Paul Pickleball sent ya. Good morning and happy Tuesday SP fans!! First off I want to thank everyone who has been engaging with my posts on my fan page. It’s definitely helping me out. So, I’ve got news. Some of you might remember a few years ago Voyage Ohio magazine reached out to me asking if I would do an interview about my Pickleball life. I actually thought it was a scam. Lol!! I googled them and saw that it was a real magazine so I did the interview. After I did the interview I looked deeper into the magazine and saw they interviewed some amazing people and wondered why the hell would they want me in there? I was very flattered. Click link below to read the interview. Well, they reached out to me again a few days ago and want to do another interview. I guess it’s kind of a “where am I now” interview. The last interview was in 2022, which was 7 years after I started playing Pickleball. Now 4 years later much has definitely happened in my life. I agreed to do the interview. Wish me luck.
