Parents! This information is important to you. Please read through the slides.
🧸Rules: 3 months - 10 year old only. Only water allowed inside. Call if you will be late/no show, you will be charged $10 if not. Parents must take their children to the bathroom. NO VIOLENCE TOLERATED! Do not drop off your kid without a reservation/not paying.
🪀GroupMe: This app has all of our hour changes, crafts, meet the staff, rules and expectations, and more. This is incredibly important if you need to get into contact with a staff member.
🖌️FAQ's: The front desk can add more kids to your membership if needed, Kids Club staff will add them into the booking website. $10/day or $20/month for each kid! The $10 charge will most likely be the no show/late fee, text or call staff to let us know. All allergy and medical information can be told to staff and we will make a note on their account!
👶FAQ's: Kids sick within the last 48 are now allowed in Kids Club. Toys from home are allowed, but we are not responsible for broken/lost toys. If Kids Club is overbooked we have the right to refuse entry. You can schedule appointments 72 hours in advance. You have 15 minutes to show up for your reservation.
