We don’t have to earn God’s love through our performance, our accomplishments, or getting everything right. Jesus loved us at our worst and gave everything so we could have new life in Him. That’s the kind of love that transforms us from the inside out.

In this workout, we’re strengthening our lower body while remembering the greatest display of strength the world has ever seen—the sacrifice of Christ on the cross.
