Hey everyone! I am thrilled to announce that I will be hosting a full body workout class at
What You Can Expect:
• A 50-minute session focused on full-body strengthening with cardio 🔥
• We’ll be doing bodyweight exercises that target core and pelvic floor muscles 💥
• I have modifications for every fitness level, so no worries if you’re just starting out!
Class Logistics:
• It kicks off at 8 AM sharp, so feel free to arrive by 7:45 AM to settle in.
• We’ll wrap up by 9 AM, and you’ve got until 9:15 AM to head out.
• Just a heads-up: After class, we have a music session planned, so we kindly ask that you make your exit before then.

Hey everyone! We’re thrilled to team up with LouAnne from to bring you an empowering workout experience just for moms. LouAnne’s journey is truly inspiring – she started off teaching third grade before transitioning to nannying when she had her daughter. Her personal experience with postpartum fitness challenges, including pelvic floor issues, motivated her to become a certified personal trainer specializing in prenatal and postnatal fitness. Her Goal is to help women feel stronger and more confident!
What You Can Expect:
