Start Set Up!

To progress to a powerful, efficient start we want to begin with a proper set up!

Athletes!!

Remember movement on days off.

Just because we are sore does not mean we ought to stay on the couch all day!

If you have an off day, including movement will help your next day of training by allowing you to be less sluggish and sore since you had a little bit of physical movement.

Competitive Swimmers!

You are not weak, you just need to focus on being more effective in the water!

1. Don’t overload yourself with yards
2. Stop ignoring efficiency
3. Include Strength & Mobility work
4. Recover Better
5. Develop a Racing Strategy

Only going for more volume in the pool? Think about:

✅ Speed, Power, & Resistance in your training

✅Interval Work- training with different intervals at varying yardages.

✅Pushing yourself more when you are tired
