We are a Dance Community that brings Salsa & Bachata (Latin) Dance to the Gulfport/St. Peterburg area. Hi, my name is Roe. I am an event planner and DJ as well.

Our mantra that we live by is to "keep smiling and dancing" Everyone is welcome, come join us. I have been dancing Salsa and Bachata for 12 years. Also been teaching the dance for 7 years. We have a selection of 5 instructors to with dance. Our motto: Keep dancing and smiling.

RACIST POLICE VIOLENCE CONTINUES IN AKRON 😳 A shocking video emerged last week of an 11-year-old Black child being violently arrested by Akron police officers. The child’s mother records her son screaming in telling as he is shoved into the back of a police car. The incident occurred, the video reveals, after the 11-year-old went to confront the white man who had shot the child’s 14-year-old brother. The police arrested the 11-year-old for trying to “fight” in front of the officers, while the white shooter does not get detained. This is only the latest episode of police violence directed against Black people in Akron. The mayor and city council are complicit in these abuses: they offer little more than ‘thoughts and prayers’ while increasing the police budget and arming Akron cops with military-grade weaponry. Racist police violence will not be stopped until the police are defunded and disarmed, and Black people have the power to govern their communities. Power to the People, not the Police! There’s a Facebook group with over 400,000 people involved with Texas Roadhouse in plotting against Black people, and employees spitting in Black customers’ food. How many restaurants is this happening at and no one knows about it? I think Black folks have every right to question where we spend our money and hold these companies accountable. We have incredible cooks, chefs, and Black-owned restaurants in our communities, so supporting our own businesses is always an option.
