After an undefeated start to Nationals, 16 Elite battled through a tough Day 3, finishing 1-2 to move to 6-2 overall and earn a spot in the Silver Bracket.

While the results didn't go our way, this team has shown resilience all week. After opening the tournament with six wins, they're ready for a new opportunity on Championship Friday.

16 Elite went 3-0 on Day 2 to improve to 5-0 overall, finishing pool play undefeated and still chasing a spot in the championship bracket Friday.

Day 1 is in the books, and 16 Elite is off to a strong start at AAU Nationals with a 2-0 record!

The team opened pool play with a pair of impressive wins:

The girls played with confidence, battled through adversity in match two and finished the day undefeated. Now it's time to carry that momentum into Day 2.

AAU Nationals – Day 1 | 16 Elite

Our 16 Elite squad is set to kick off play today at AAU Nationals in Orlando as they compete in the 16 Ascend Division.

Months of hard work have led to this moment. Wishing our athletes and coaches the best as they take the court and compete the Coastal way. Let's start Nationals strong!

🇺🇸 Season Recap | Coastal 17 Elite-Ash 🇺🇸

What a season it has been.

From the first qualifier to the final point at USAV Nationals, this team consistently proved they belonged among the nation's best. They embraced every challenge, competed with grit and represented Coastal Volleyball Academy with pride every step of the way.

- Sunshine Qualifier: 3rd of 64 teams (American Division)
- Music City Qualifier: 5th of 65 teams (Liberty Division)
- Northeast Qualifier (NEQ): 9th of 83 teams (USA Division)
- Boston Qualifier: 5th of 49 teams (Liberty Division) – Earned a bid to the 2026 USAV Girls Junior National Championship

Overall Season Record: 52-20

One of the most impressive accomplishments of the season was their consistency. 17 Elite-Ash finished in the Gold Division at EVERY USAV National Qualifier they entered.

At USAV Nationals, the team continued to prove themselves on the biggest stage:

- Finished 7-3 over four days of competition
- 9th place in the 17 Liberty Division
- Opened the tournament by finishing 2nd in their 6-team pool, earning a spot in the championship side of the bracket
- Climbed from 36th to as high as 3rd in the tournament rankings during their incredible run

Their success throughout the season was reflected nationally as well:

⭐ Ranked #148 out of 2,858 17U teams in the nation
⭐ Ranked the #2 highest 17U team in the Tampa Bay Area in the USAV National Rankings

While the rankings and finishes are something to be proud of, they only tell part of the story. This team will be remembered for its resilience, toughness, chemistry and willingness to compete against anyone. They NEVER gave up and represented Coastal with class, leaving a lasting mark on our program.

What a memorable day for Coastal 17 Elite-Ash!
The girls had the incredible opportunity to compete inside Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts, creating memories they'll never forget while continuing to battle against some of the nation's best.

Pool Play: 2-0

The team showed tremendous resilience, rallying from a set down in the first match and winning another hard-fought three-set battle to finish 2-0 in pool play.

In the crossover match, Coastal came up short, falling in straight sets. While the result ended their path to the Gold Bracket, the team has continued to prove they belong among the top Liberty teams in the country with their competitiveness and fight throughout the tournament.

Tomorrow, Coastal 17 Elite-Ash heads into the Silver B Bracket, ready for another opportunity to compete, improve and finish Nationals the right way.

🇺🇸 USAV Nationals | Day 2 | Overall Record: 3-2 🇺🇸

Another solid day for Coastal 17 Elite-Ash as they finish 1-1 on Day 2 of pool play.

The team finishes 2nd in their 6-team pool, emaining in the top half of the championship field & working hard to earn a spot in the Gold Bracket Friday!

📈 Entered Nationals ranked 36th and have already climbed to 13th - a testament to the hard work, resilience and competitive spirit this group has shown all season.

Day 3 brings an unforgettable experience! The girls will take the court inside Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts, for three big matches:
