Pause. Breathe. Smile. These iny moments make the chaos worth it. 💛
These are the 3 things I don’t skip if I want to stay grounded.
Not because my days are calm (they’re not). But because they help me show up better in the chaos.
Time with Jesus— inviting Him into every word, every step, every thought. Asking Him to lead me, shape me, and keep me close throughout my day.
Daily movement— some days it’s a walk, other days it’s YoBa Studio… but always showing up for the body He gave me.
No phone. Fully present— breakfast, supper & bath time.
Looking into my boys eyes, slowing down, giving them all of me. My attention, my heart, my presence.
These aren’t big things.
But they change everything.
Because this season is full… and it’s sacred. And I don’t want to miss it.

Sometimes I look at these old photos and wonder how much God was already writing into the story.
She had no idea what was ahead.
No idea how much courage it would take.
No idea how many times she’d have to trust before she felt ready.
She didn’t know she would become a mom.
Or build something from a small, faithful yes.
Or lead women in ways that would stretch and refine her.
But God knew.
He was shaping her heart before she understood the assignment. Growing resilience before there was responsibility.Planting vision long before there was an idea.
And the most humbling part? He’s still writing it.
If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be?
