While our Nationals Baker athletes are working hard practicing in this heat🔥, we wanted to get the word out on what they're prepping for! 💪
These athletes, coaches and families are headed to Chattanooga, Tennessee this June 18th-21st for the 2026 Scenic City softball tournament. They are taking on some great competition from all over the US! 🇺🇸
We are excited to watch these athletes compete and continue to grow on and off the field this week! 🧡🥎

Set Apart. 💪🥎
This weekend our 14U girls stepped onto the field against high school-aged competition and proved they belong.
Facing teams filled with older, more experienced players, these athletes battled every inning and finished the weekend 2-2. Along the way, they pushed one strong opponent into an international tie-breaker and though it didn't end the way they wanted they NEVER GAVE UP 💪 They also delivered a shutout victory against another. The defense was on another level today 🔥 Handing out 5 double plays, multiple base runners picked off and 45 put outs total!
The scoreboard tells part of the story, but the growth, grit, confidence, and fight this team showed against older competition is what we're most proud of. These girls never backed down from a challenge and competed with heart from the first pitch to the last.
The future is bright for this group. Keep working, keep believing, and keep proving that age doesn't determine effort, toughness, or talent.
