We are so excited to announce our new branding, "Motion & Method Studio". We teach acting, dance and fitness.

Nikki Hammonds, owner, is now certified through ISSA as a certified personal trainer.

Our goal is to teach performing arts and fitness to all ages and levels. Whether you are looking to try something new with the performing arts or need to get in shape, we are a safe and judgment-free zone. We work at your level and tailor to fit your needs.

And although we took a little break over this summer to spend time with family, we will be teaching dance classes on Fort Campbell tentatively starting in August.

We are so proud of our little ballerinas and all their hard work. 🩷 And thankful to the parents who brought them to class.
Ballet at this age isn't about perfection. It's about fun, learning, feeling accepted and creating a love for dance and individual expression.
We will miss you during our break but hope to see you again soon. 🥰
