🍂 Fall Coaching — 3 Spots Only
Fall is the perfect reset season — routines settle, energy shifts, and it gets easier to focus on yourself again.

I’m opening three health‑coaching spots at a reduced Fall rate.
First come, first served.
Once the three are taken, they’re gone.

If you’re ready to:

Gain strength or lose weight and feel better in your body

Manage stress with tools that actually work

Navigate menopause or perimenopause with more clarity

Improve sleep and wake up with energy

Or simply be your strongest, clearest self

I’d love to support you.

Three spots. Reduced rate. Fall reset.

Message me to claim one.

A friend shared a reel with me recently — people doing all kinds of movements: lifting weights, walking, yoga, balance work, mobility drills. But instead of calling them exercises, each caption named what they were actually treating:

Dementia Risk, Sarcopenia, Cardiovascular Disease, Insulin Resistance, Anxiety + Stress

And it hit me:

What if we stopped viewing movement as “exercise”…
and started viewing it as treatment?

Treatment for longevity, mobility, mood. Treatment for the life we want to keep living.

Because sometimes there is no check‑engine light.
No warning.
No alert that something is off.
And by the time we notice, we’re already in crisis mode.

Movement is medicine. Prevention is power. And an ounce of it is worth more than we ever realize.

This is why health coaching matters.
This is why I show up here — to help people shift from reacting to preventing.

Today is a day for remembering — not just the events, but the people, the courage, and the quiet ways communities show up for one another.

It’s a day to honor resilience.
A day to pause.
A day to lead with heart.

In Montana, that often looks like simple things: checking on a neighbor, holding space for someone’s story, or taking a moment to breathe in the wide‑open sky and feel grateful for the freedoms we carry.

Here’s to compassion, connection, and the everyday acts of patriotism that happen far from any spotlight.

My phone hit 10% battery the other day, and then refused to charge.
I tried every trick I knew from different outlets, cords, angles, prayers — nothing.

And yes, my whole life runs through that phone.
Work access.
Yoga playlists.
Logins.
Schedules.
Basically… functioning.

But what bothered me most wasn’t the inconvenience.
It was the lack of warning.
No check‑engine light.
No “Hey, something’s off.”
Just… suddenly not working.

And I couldn’t help but think about how often our health does the same thing.

Sometimes there’s no signal.
No alert.
No obvious symptom.
Just a moment where things stop working the way they used to — and we’re left scrambling without the tools to navigate it.

An ounce of prevention is worth so much.
This is why health coaching matters.
This is why I built my website.
This is why I show up here.

Wait.
Hold on.
Is it actually World Beard Day?

Because if so, Montana men have been celebrating since… well, forever.
Beards out here have their own zip code, their own weather patterns, and occasionally their own ecosystem.

So here’s to the beards that:

Survive All Seasons — snow, sun, wind, wildfire smoke.

Tell a Story — usually involving a chainsaw, a truck, or a fishing trip.

Show Up Boldly — even when the rest of us are just trying to keep our hair in place.

I don’t have a beard…
but I can absolutely appreciate the commitment.

Happy World Beard Day to the rugged, the scruffy, the majestic, and the “I swear I trimmed it last week” beards of Montana.

Life gets better when you stop gripping so tightly and start showing up with:

Humor — because laughing at yourself is underrated.

Heart — connection beats perfection every time.

Curiosity — staying open keeps life interesting.

Less pressure.
More play.
More wonder.
More being human.

Life’s too short to be so serious — bring your humor, your heart, and your curiosity. Everything feels lighter from there.
