May 22nd 2002 Mike Piazza had a press conference scheduled for the early afternoon for one BIG announcement.
Was he going to retire? Was he injured? Nope, he just wanted beyond to know that he wasn’t gay. The rumors weren’t true, he liked girls.
Mike went on to have a heterosexual Hall Of Fame career and retiring in 2007.
