AO Members-

We wanted to make a post about the recent email you should have received regarding tickets for the World Cup.

It is a confusing and convoluted process, so we want to break it down for you as much as possible.

Steps:
1. Go to: auth.fifa.com

2. Create an account/sign-in

3. Enter the Access code from the AO Email.

4. Select the USA, and then select matches you are interested in attending. Once you select tickets for a particular match, you are then automatically entered into the Supporter Group (AO) $60 ticket lottery draw for tickets. **You must choose at least one 'regular' ticket to be entered into the AO draw**.

The AO lottery will happen in mid-late February, and if you win US Soccer will reach out to collect payment.

If you do not win the AO lottery, you will then go into the lottery for the 'regular' tickets you are selecting during this process. If you win that lottery, you will be automatically charged by FIFA for the tickets you choose at that time (late February).

Notes:

The only way to be entered into the AO lottery for $60 tickets, is to pick tickets in this general lottery and enter your Credit Card.

The tickets you choose today will be automatically charged (in late February) to your CC if you do *not* win the AO lottery but *do* win this general lottery.

If you choose knockout rounds you will be charged for those tickets in late February, and refunded if/when the USA is eliminated.
