Camels, your stadium is almost home again.

Soon, this stadium won't belong to construction crews and equipment anymore. The fresh GAME ON surface is calling, and Campbell County High School is getting closer to having things back where they belong, in the hands of the athletes and students who make it worth building in the first place.

We can't wait to see this space full again soon!

Maintenance isn't just upkeep. Done right, it's a type of craft.

Every pass, every repair, every coat is a small, deliberate decision that adds up to something built to last its full life. It's not flashy work, but it's precise work, and there's an art to doing it well. Fields, courts, tracks, indoor and out... none of them get a full life cycle by accident.

Same courts. Same footprint. Completely different game.

What was cracked, faded, and patched by hand is now smooth, saturated, and ready for match point. Every seam you see in the after shot used to be a hazard in the before.

Ready for your court's full reset?

Some projects feel a little different when you've been part of the story from the beginning. Years ago, we helped build the original field at Town & Country. And since then, we've returned to support the facility's growth, including the indoor fields that helped expand opportunities for athletes year-round.

And what started as a gym and a handful of fields has become something much, much bigger. Today, Town & Country is one of the cornerstones of Northern Kentucky soccer and the Kings Hammer Cincy/NKY community. A place where athletes of all ages and sports come to train, compete, and connect. But through all of that growth, soccer has remained at the heart of it.

Now it's time for the next chapter.

The facility is being refreshed with expanded playing space and updated field layouts designed to better serve the athletes who call it home. It's been rewarding to watch this place evolve over the years. But what's even more rewarding is getting to help build what comes next.

We are in the home stretch on the new track at Campbell County High School. Layers down, lines going in, ready for the Camels soon.

We also had a royal visitor to the site this week! A monarch touched down for an inspection mid-layer, the first takeoff before anyone else got a turn. Fitting, since this is also the last week for most of our summer interns. They've been through every layer it took to get this track done, and now they're the ones ready to spread their wings.

One new track (also one new GAME ON field to be revealed soon!), one royal seal of approval, and one summer full of experience.

Almost there, Campbell County!

August summer storms take a toll on so many things... and for us, it's much more than just the field schedules.

Fields don't always show the damage right away. Branches, plant matter, standing water, and shifted infill can go unnoticed until it becomes a safety concern later on.

Our Motz365 teams check more than just the surface. If your facility took a few bumps from Mother Nature this summer and you're not sure where to start, we're here to help you figure out the right next step!

In honor of World Photography Day, we're taking a minute to appreciate the natural grass fields that make for some of our favorite shots. The work behind the scenes to get to prime time ready... The stripes. The light. The quiet, before it fills up with players and energy...

Sports may be the game, but these people who build the fields are the artists behind them.

Tell us, what's the most picturesque field you've seen?

Fishers and Hamilton Southeastern Schools are investing in their student-athletes, and we're proud to be part of that. This new multi-sport field is coming together as part of a larger partnership between the city and district, built to expand access and elevate facilities across the community.

Progress looks like this, and the finished product is going to look even better. đŸ˜‰

Before there was an entire field to replace, there was just a first project and a little bit of trust...

The Mebane Recreation and Parks Department and greater community gave us that early on, and it's turned into a partnership we don't take for granted. This week, that trust looks like a new soccer field coming up, with the old one being removed piece by piece, to make way for something fresh.

Grateful to be back - Stay tuned to see it finished!

Safety isn't just a policy at Motz, it's a practice. When a tornado warning hit our area this week, our office team moved straight to our shelter spot without hesitation. No confusion, no missed steps, just a team that knew exactly what to do because we've practiced it.

That same commitment extends to our field crews, who follow their own set of safety guidelines and procedures every single day on job sites. Whether we're in the office or out in the field, looking out for each other is part of how we operate at Motz.

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this week's weather, all the old-growth trees that had their final storm, and we're wishing a swift recovery for all our communities!
