Our Bavarian Fleischpflanzerl are back this weekend! This Alpine classic features two hearty, seasoned meat patties, pan-fried to a golden crust with a tender, juicy center. Served with our house-made Southern-style potato salad, they’re distinct from hamburgers or meatballs and are also known as Frikadellen in Central Germany or Buletten in Berlin. Yum!

Want real German cuisine? Visit KANTINE on Friday or Saturday evening and indulge in our Schweinehaxen—a succulent pork knuckle with tender meat on the bone wrapped in crispy skin. It comes with homemade potato dumplings and red cabbage. This is as authentically German as it gets. 🇩🇪 🇺🇸
