- 2 private restrooms She was certified in 2015 and has been training full-time since 2016. Niki works with clients of all ages, from 10 to 80+.

Feeling tired, sluggish, or struggling through your workouts?

It might not be your training... it could be your hydration.

Here are a few simple goals to help you stay hydrated:
💧 Drink 16-20 oz of water when you wake up.
🏋️ Hydrate before and during your workout.
🥤 Replenish fluids after exercise.
🍉 Eat water-rich foods like watermelon, cucumbers, oranges, and strawberries.

Staying hydrated helps support energy, endurance, recovery, and overall health.

Around Beyond Limits Fitness, we’re pretty lucky to have Otto & Tucker as part of our gym family. From greeting everyone who walks through the door to providing plenty of entertainment (and distractions 😂), these two make every day a little better.

It’s officially time to introduce the newest member of the Beyond Limits Fitness family… TUCKER! 🐾💙

Tucker joined our family last week, and we wanted to give him a little time to get settled in before making his official debut. Of course, that means many of our gym family have already had the chance to meet him, love on him, and welcome him themselves!

His big brother Otto absolutely LOVES having a new little sidekick, and the rest of us are pretty smitten too. 🥹💙 Tucker is already right at home at the gym, making friends, soaking up all the attention, and becoming part of the Beyond Limits family.
