The Nitro Monkey is a family owned injected nitromethane front engine nostalgia dragster racing team based out of Choctaw, Oklahoma. The co-owner/ Team Chief Rick Taylor,is retired from the USAF and fulfilling a lifelong dream of being a team owner. Rick's wife (and co-owner), Jennifer, is head of Media Relations/Hospitality. The team is crewed by Car Chief Tyrone Richard, Crew Chief Scott Lafleur, Assistant Car Chief Frank Johnston & Assistant Crew Chief Jay Weller. The Nitro Monkey is driven by Paul “Nobody” Schultz. Team Nitro Monkey is committed to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ through its racing endeavors.
