Angel Reese has made a habit of putting up some of her biggest rebounding numbers in August. All four of her career 20-rebound games have come during the month, giving her the third-most in WNBA history.

As a rookie in August 2024, Reese set a WNBA record with three straight 20-rebound games. She nearly turned one of them into a 20-20 performance, finishing with 19 points and 20 rebounds against the Phoenix Mercury.

She did it again the following August, grabbing 20 rebounds to go along with 15 points — once again against Phoenix.

Now in her third season, Reese is putting together another strong August on the glass. The three-time All-Star has reclaimed the league lead in rebounding as she looks to finish No. 1 for the third straight year.
