Dear members,

When we opened at our current location, I made a commitment to keep membership as accessible as I could for as long as I could. I've worked hard to hold the line on this, but the same rising costs affecting everyone right now are affecting the gym too.

Starting July 1, 2026, monthly membership will increase by 15%.

This is our first price increase in four years and I wouldn't be making this change if it weren't necessary. What I can promise you hasn't changed: you'll continue to get the same level of coaching, the same tight-knit community, and the same commitment to our progress. That's what this place is built on and that's not going anywhere.
