To continue our packed weekend of activities, we will be hosting a group ride on Sunday in St. Charles, starting at Alter Brewing! π»πΊ
Details:
We will be rolling at 8am SHARP with 3 pace groups: 14-16 mph, 17-19 mph and 20+ mph. The route is an out and back course totalling 70 miles, but you have the opportunity to shorten the ride by turning around whenever you would like! There will be gas stations along the route, but always ensure you have enough fuel on the go π

Taking your wetsuit off during a race can be super challenging, but to save time itβs best if you do it on the go! Watch Coach Jimβs demo for some help!
1) Take your wetsuit down to the waist while running to your bike
2) Fully take the wetsuit off once you get to your bike (see how Jim steps out)
3) Make sure to have body glide on your lower legs so the suit slides off easy!
