with other disciplines (ie; ballet, folk, modern, Latin dance, etc.), as well as actors with speaking roles. T21DT strives to create shows that not only present the art form of Argentine tango, but also tell very human stories in our contemporary society. In our first year, T21DT produced and premiered two original shows, El Tango Café and Cambalache: A Holiday Story, both with over 15 cast members. We are a growing dance theater company and as we move ahead to continually expand our repertoire of works and develop our artists, we face funding challenges in general operations and production costs. Although we are excited about our future, we know that it takes a realistic approach to make it work. We need your support!
