Monica Borschel is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. She later moved to New York City, earning her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. She then pursued her Doctorate in Social Work and Social Administration at the University of Hong Kong. Her training and qualifications include certifications in Brainspotting and High Conflict Coaching.

Lisa Demonte Cervone has practiced matrimonial and family law for over 13 years in the State of Illinois. While she typically considers alternative dispute resolution to be best for her clients, Lisa has litigated many cases where necessary. Prior to resorting to litigation, Lisa counsels her clients regarding use of the collaborative process, mediation, arbitration, and med-arb.
