Kicking off month three of outdoor yoga at Horner Park Farmers Market by teaching again this Saturday, August 1 at 10am.

I've volunteered to manage this free community yoga program for the last four years and attended as a student for even longer. But the occasional times I get to teach here feel extra special.

Took a month off to spend time with family and trek around the Rockies. It was wonderful to be able to reenergize on this detour, but I'm also glad to be back teaching in Chicago again.

Catch me this summer at It's Lit Studio on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and McFetridge Sports Center on Wednesdays.

School's out - time for summer fun! Join me at 10am this Saturday at Horner Park Farmers Market to kick off a season of free outdoor yoga!

I've been serving as the volunteer to leader of this accessible community yoga program for the past 4 years, and I'm so proud of how it's grown and flourished.

Enjoy a free class from a different fantastic yoga instructor each Saturday at 10am until mid-October.

For several years I’ve been overseeing the free community yoga program as a volunteer with Horner Park Farmers Market. This weekly outdoor class takes place at 10am each Saturday from June - October. Like the market itself, the yoga program has grown and flourished to include a robust group of fantastic volunteer instructors. However, we’re always excited to bring additional instructors into the fold.

Since January I've been sub teaching chair yoga every Wednesday at 11am at McFetridge Sports Center. I had limited experience with chair yoga prior to this, and I've really gained a new appreciation for the practice. It's highly accessible - truly for everyBODY. It's a great core workout. And it brings together a wonderful community of students. Next week is my last time regularly subbing this class, and I'm really going to miss it!
