Early morning for this crew but good reason! Getting the boat back to Chicago and Heading to the MORF Competition #3 on this gorgeous Saturday morning.

Another fine day of racing for the MORF fleet. Today we had 9 boats join for the 1st and 2nd races of the Lady’s Skipper Series. Thank you to our series sponsor Treasure Island Marine Services.

Lovely day for a double race -Performance Series - Race 5 & 6 for the MORF fleet. A special thanks to our sponsor Crowley's Yacht Yard Lakeside! The Crowley’s Regatta was a success and even though it started as overcast and foggy we ended with breeze and sun!

Thanks to Andy Camarda for giving an excellent talk on race course tactics and general sail boat racing techniques at tonight’shts MORF - Midwest Open Racing Fleet winter meeting and get together - all good info for getting around the marks on Lake Michigan. There’s a MORF get together/meeting today at Burnham Park Yacht Club (5 pm - 7:30 pm). Anyone interested in racing in MORF or learning more about the fleet is encouraged to attend!
