Grassroots Ultra Marathon that winds along the Chicago Lakefront path, with views of Chicago’s skyline.

The Chicago Lakefront Ultras is a grassroots ultra offering both a 50K and 50 mile distance. The race takes place on Chicago’s beautiful Lakefront Path and is one of the flattest ultra marathons around.

Congratulations to all our finishers yesterday, amazing performances from first time ultra achievers and experienced runners alike! We have a new race record holder in the 50k, Jeremy Arthur (NY), with a blazing fast time of 2:54:07!!!
