Building on last year’s sold-out engagement, Chicago Black Dance Legacy Project (CBDLP) returns to the Harris Theater, transforming the stage into a living archive — where dance doesn’t simply tell history; it becomes history in motion.

Performed by ten of Chicago’s most exciting companies, this electrifying evening honor’s the city’s Black cultural, social, political, and artistic architects through movement, imagination, and lineage rather than literal representation.
