The meditation begins with vigorous shaking to loosen physical and energetic blockages, followed by free-form movement and dance that encourages authentic expression and liberation from mental control. As the energy rises and the body softens, the practice gradually transitions into stillness and silent witnessing โ allowing participants to observe the mind with greater clarity and spaciousness.
Unlike traditional seated meditation alone, Oshoโs active meditations recognize the restless and overstimulated nature of the modern mind, using movement and catharsis as gateways into deeper states of meditation and consciousness. An Introduction to Breathwork โ A Science-Based Journey for the Stressed Mind
Most of us are living in our heads. Thinking, planning, managing, worrying โ running on stress so familiar weโve stopped noticing it. We try to fix it with more โ more sleep, more exercise, more therapy โ but something still feels off.
Breathwork gets underneath all of that.
In this 60-minute session youโll learn the science behind why conscious connected breathing works, what happens in your body during a journey, and then experience it for yourself. This is a shortened journey designed specifically for those who are curious and want to try breathwork for the first time in a safe, supported container.
What to expect:
-Brief introduction to the science of breathwork and why it works
-What to expect during a journey and how to navigate it
-A guided visualization to drop in
-A 30-minute conscious connected breathing journey
-10 minutes of integration and reflection
A note before you book:
Breathwork is accessible to most people and no experience is necessary. However out of care for everyone we ask that you please reach out before booking if you are pregnant, have a history of epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery, severe anxiety or panic disorder, bipolar disorder, psychosis, or glaucoma, or are currently in acute mental health treatment. A gentler option is always available โ we just want to know in advance so we can take the best care of you.

Held near the energy of the Summer Solstice, this special practice is an opportunity to cultivate clarity, devotion, resilience, and collective intention alongside fellow practitioners.
The event will begin with 108 Sลซrya Namaskฤras (Sun Salutations), a traditional moving meditation practiced to build inner heat, focus, endurance, and purification. The sacred number 108 has deep significance throughout yogic and spiritual traditions, symbolizing wholeness, completion, and the cosmic order. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, honoring both challenge and self-awareness throughout the practice.
Following the movement portion, we will transition into the chanting of 108 Oแนs, allowing the nervous system to settle into stillness and resonance through the vibration of sacred sound. This meditative mantra practice creates a deeply grounding and expansive experience, helping quiet the mind while connecting breath, voice, and awareness in collective harmony.

In this powerful ceremony, the focus will be on healing and clearing any obstacles that may be preventing you from following your inner compassโyour direct connection to your soulโs path and purpose. Often referred to as intuition, gut feeling, or inner guidance, tuning into your inner compass is one of the most straightforward ways to live your best life.
Tulsiram is a cacao practitioner for Keithโs cacao, the original ceremonial grade cacao on the market. Cacao has become an integral factor in his healing and spiritual journey over the last few years and is dedicated to sharing the benefits of this magical gift from mother earth. He is a yogi of all paths, and he uses his understanding of these methods to bring a deep nourishing experience.
The ceremony will begin with a guided meditation and a sound bath aimed at grounding the body, opening the heart, and elevating the spirit. Using Yoga Nidra techniques, we will seek to obtain deep rest and conscious awareness while remaining present and awake. In this meditation, participants will be asked to think of a sankalpa, or intention, to anchor them and carry them through this journey.
After the meditation, participants will then receive a cup of pure Keithโs ceremonial cacao, where the sankalpa meditation will continue and blessings from the cacao and the sanakalpa will be received. Time for group reflection will be available to anyone that would like to share their experience.
