Tomorrow is a pretty big day for me.

A few years ago, I never would have imagined that Stretch Chi would eventually lead me here.

For most of my adult life, my work was about movement. I taught resistance stretching, worked one-on-one with clients, taught workshops, trained other professionals, and spent a lot of time helping people understand their bodies a little better.

Then I got sick…. ME/CFS changed my life in ways I’m still learning to understand. There were long stretches when I couldn’t work the way I used to, and I eventually had to step away from the regular Stretch Chi practice I had spent years building.

One of the hardest things to learn was how to pace myself.

I had to start paying attention to energy in a way I never had before. How much could I actually do? Why could something feel completely fine while I was doing it and still cause a crash later? What were my early warning signs? How could I tell the difference between a day when I had a little more capacity and a day when adrenaline was simply letting me borrow energy I didn’t really have?

Over time I started putting those pieces together, and eventually I realized I had created the beginnings of something I wished someone had handed me when I first became sick.

That became Breaking the Push/Crash Cycle.

It’s a self-paced 30-lesson course for people living with ME/CFS, Long COVID, POTS, MCAS, fibromyalgia, and related fatigue-limiting illnesses. It teaches practical pacing, helps people identify their own patterns and limits, and guides them through creating a personalized pacing journal they can continue using long after the course ends.

Tomorrow it officially launches, but you’ve all been with me along the way - so I’m giving you early access.

I’m proud of this one. It came out of a very difficult chapter of my life, but it also feels like a continuation of what Stretch Chi has always been about for me: paying attention to your body, understanding what it is telling you, and using that information to make better decisions about what comes next.

If this is relevant to you or someone you love, you can read more here:

The course is $149 with lifetime access.

And for those of you who originally knew me through Stretch Chi, resistance stretching hasn’t disappeared. I still love that work, and I hope there will be more of it again. Stretch Chi is simply becoming a little bigger than it used to be.

Feeling stiff, tired, or stuck in a crash loop? I’ve been there and I know how frustrating it is to want to move your body but feel like it’s working against you.

That’s exactly why I created Stretch Chi 101. It’s a gentle resistance stretching method I designed specifically for people living with chronic fatigue, nervous system dysregulation, or persistent pain.

This course is self-paced, easy to follow, and requires no equipment. If you’re working your way through POTS, ME/CFS, MCAS, or burnout, this may be exactly what your body’s been waiting for.

It’s not traditional fitness. These movements are fascia-based and include breathwork, designed to retrain your nervous system to feel safe and steady again.

Inside, you’ll find clear video instruction and gentle techniques to help you build strength and flexibility at a pace that respects your limits.

“The best, most effective exercise you can ever do.”
That’s what one of my clients said after trying resistance stretching.

And I get it—because this practice completely changed how I relate to my own body. When nothing else worked… this did.

Here’s why resistance stretching feels like magic (but isn’t):

1. It strengthens and releases.

Unlike yoga or passive stretching, resistance stretching lengthens tight muscles while activating weak ones. You’re using your own strength to open the body—building stability as you create flexibility. It’s what makes this feel like a full-body reset.

2. It listens to your nervous system.

Your body knows when something feels unsafe. These movements are gentle, breath-based, and work with your body’s resistance instead of against it. That makes it ideal for fatigue, pain, sensory sensitivity, or trauma recovery.

3. It meets you where you are.

You don’t need energy, equipment, or experience. You don’t have to “do it right.” These routines are self-paced, and every one includes a second video to troubleshoot stuckness, cramping, or weakness. You’ll never be left wondering, “What do I do now?”

If your body’s been asking for something different—something kinder, deeper, more effective—this is it.

The Stretch Chi Extensions Bundle includes:
• 10 guided resistance stretch routines
• 10 follow-up videos to help you when something feels off
• A gentle, practical system you can return to again and again

Normally $120 — on sale for $99 through Sunday.
