When you take a class at Motus, you can trust that you’re getting a safe, effective workout every time.
Every one of our Pilates instructors is comprehensively certified, meaning they’ve completed extensive education in anatomy, movement, injury considerations, and the full Pilates system, along with hundreds of hours of observation, practice teaching, and hands-on training.
Many of our instructors have additional advanced certifications and backgrounds in physical therapy, massage therapy, exercise science, strength and conditioning, yoga, and rehabilitation, bringing an even deeper understanding of how the body moves and recovers.
Our education doesn’t stop there. We believe great instructors are always learning, which is why we prioritize continuing education to stay current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices.
Because you deserve more than a workout. You deserve expert instruction that helps you move better, feel stronger, reduce your risk of injury, and stay healthy for the long term.

Chair + Mat Pilates
50-minute full-body class that combines the support and resistance of the Pilates chair with the flow and control of traditional mat Pilates. Expect a challenging mix of strength, balance, core work, and mobility as you move between chair-based exercises and mat sequences. This class is designed for those with prior Pilates experience who are ready to build strength, improve stability, and deepen their practice through more advanced movement patterns and transitions.
Wednesdays at 5pm beginning April 15th!
