Experience the transformative power of Ballet for Neuroplasticity. Exercises enhance memory, focus, and coordination. Research shows that ballet’s rhythm, spatial organization, motor learning, and expressive movement profoundly impact brain health. An evidence-based curriculum makes this class unique.

Whether diagnosed with a movement or neurologic disorder or simply curious about dance’s potential for body and brain health, this class provides a stimulating and enriching experience for all.

Grace has been at the heart of RPSD since she was 6 years old. We have enjoyed having her hard work and dedication in the studios and inspiring the next generation. Grace will be attending University of Pittsburgh to study biology and dance. We wish her nothing but the best and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes in her journey ahead!
