Charlie was a fixture between the pipes during his time with the Mission. His athleticism, high compete level, and stand out character made him a joy to coach. His growth over the years, fighting through adversity, has shaped him into the player he is today. The road was long, but Charlie stayed true to his training, remained positive, and kept working at being better. We're so excited for Charlie and cannot wait to see his success in the Hockey East Conference next season.

Congratulations to Chicago Mission alumnus Gavin Burcar on earning a spot on the 2026 U.S. Under-18 Men's Select Team!

USA Hockey announced today the 23-player roster that will represent the United States at the 2026 Hlinka Gretzky Cup, taking place August 3–8 in Edmonton, Alberta.

This prestigious international tournament features many of the top under-18 players in the world, and Gavin's selection is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and continued development.

Best of luck, Gavin! The entire Mission family will be cheering you on! 🇺🇸💚

Five(5) Chicago Mission Alumni Named to the 2026 USA Hockey World Junior Roster!

The 2026 World Junior Summer Showcase will feature teams from Canada, Finland, Sweden, and the United States, taking place July 26–August 1 at the WFCU Centre in Windsor, Ontario.
Team practices begin July 22, with the opening games set for July 26.

The Showcase serves as a key evaluation event for players hoping to earn a spot on their country's roster for the 2027 IIHF World Junior Championship, which will be held December 26, 2026 – January 5, 2027 in Edmonton and Red Deer, Alberta.
