Standup skills allow you to dictate where the action will be. That’s why we have classes that are focused on wrestling and/or wrestling for BJJ/grappling.

Kids Comp Class led by Coach Pat every Saturday. High level instruction, positional sparring, and comp style rounds with our fierce kiddos. We are always impressed by the hard work and dedication our students put in, and we learn so much from our CMMA youth every training session.
